Danish Kaur Mavi is an advocate focusing on Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Protection law. She holds an LL.B., LL.M. and a Diploma in Cyber Laws & Intellectual Property Rights, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Technology Law. Her practice includes advising businesses and individuals on intellectual property, technology-related legal matters, data protection and commercial agreements. She also advises on POSH matters and general civil and commercial disputes, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to legal advice.

Her practice encompasses advising businesses on complex legal issues, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, and managing disputes with a strategic and solution-oriented approach. She is committed to delivering pragmatic, commercially aligned legal solutions while safeguarding clients’ interests and ensuring effective risk management.
